Abstract
In this research, we are studying the impact of the woman's work on her family at the social, cultural and financial level. In Soft Song, Myriam is a woman who wants to go back to work after giving birth to her second child. She seeks to take her role in the world of work and demonstrate her ability to practice the profession of lawyer. From then on, she had to face several challenges: the opposition of her husband, the dissatisfaction of the family circle, the custody of the children via a babysitter, the loss of family freedom, the reconciliation between the demands of family and that of work, the fear of leaving one's children with a foreign nanny who could harm them and influence them negatively. Myriam is torn between her work and her family duties. For lack of time, she cannot guess what is happening at home during her absence. The misunderstandings multiplied between the family and Louise, the nanny, this one kills the children without mercy in order to put an end to her problems
